Refund and Warranty Policy
All-Inclusive 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. After receiving and inspecting the item, Brinbo will process your refund.
* To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must include all accessories and original packaging.
* For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Brinbo will only refund the cost of the product itself.
* Returns may be rejected if items do not include all accessories or the original package.
Note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Brinbo will not replace the order or issue a refund.
Replacement Policy
Brinbo support to replace the brand new machine within 30 days from the date of purchase in any of the following circumstances that occur:
* If the product has sustained substantial damage in transit, always provide proof of damage issued by the carrier can be provided to Brinbo.
* If you receive the wrong product.
* If the product suffers a critical failure or manufacturing defects.
Please note that the warranty period for the replacement under this section starts from the date of receipt of the replacement product by the customer. To ensure that the products you request replacement service are delivered in good condition, please note that all replaced products must be in the original packaging. Improper packing may void the warranty and be subject to charge.
Please note that once we have agreed to a replacement, customers are required to ship the product back within 14 days as instructed. Failure to do so will be deemed as a waiver of your right to the replacement.

Warranty Claims For Quality-Related Issues
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item.
Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Warranty Claims For Non-Quality-Related Issues
Brinbo will not be allowed to refund the order for the non-quality issue after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Not Covered Under Warranty
* Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
* Lost or stolen products.
* Items with expired warranties.
* Non-quality-related issues.
* Repairs through 3rd parties.
* Items damaged by the customer include falls, extreme temperatures, operating devices improperly operating devices.
* Purchases from unauthorized or personal resellers.
* The product is found damaged in transit, but it is not rejected on delivery, or the logistics company issues no certificate confirming damages. Proof of damage during the transit can not be provided.
Valid proof of purchase
* Sales invoice.
* Order number from the official website or Brinbo’s authorized reseller.
Hipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations
* Returning items for reasons other than a defect.
* Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
* Buyer’s accidental returns.
* Returning items were claimed defective but found by Brinbo quality control to be in proper working condition.
* Returning defective items in international shipping.
* Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Brinbo is not liable for
* Loss of data incurred from the use of Brinbo products.
* Personal items mistakenly shipped to Brinbo.
