We ship to the continental United States only and do not currently ship to the following U.S. territories or States including：Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Additionally, we do not ship to PO BOX address. If you are unsure if we service your address, please get in touch with customer service.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Brinbo is not responsible for any international duties and taxes on your order. All costs collected during the transportation are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Time

To ensure the quickest delivery time, we work with several carriers, including USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics, and FedEx.

The average transit time is 3-7 business days. Normally we ship out the goods within 48 hours, and the average transit time depends on the logistics.

NOTE: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 5 business days.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please get in touch with supportus@brinbopool.com.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Brinbo Support within 5 business days at supportus@brinbopool.com.

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
